Production Manager – RVI Signages (IOCL/HPCL/BPCL)

Job Summary:
Experienced Production Manager with expertise in planning, executing, and delivering Retail Visual Identity (RVI) signage projects for Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) including IOCL, HPCL, and BPCL. Skilled in managing end-to-end production, ensuring compliance with client specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end production of RVI signages for IOCL, HPCL, and BPCL retail outlets.
Plan and monitor fabrication, assembly, painting, powder coating, ACP cladding, branding, and final finishing activities.
Ensure production complies with client-approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with design, procurement, QA/QC, logistics, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor production schedules, optimize manpower, and improve productivity while maintaining safety standards.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials and effective inventory management.
Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process and resolve fabrication issues.




Coordinate dispatch and site installation to meet project delivery timelines.
Prepare production reports, monitor KPIs, and implement continuous process improvements.
Ensure compliance with EHS policies and maintain a safe manufacturing setting.

Required Experience & Skills:
8–15 years of experience in production management for RVI signages, fuel station branding, or outdoor signage manufacturing.
Hands-on experience executing IOCL, HPCL, and BPCL RVI signage projects.
Strong knowledge of MS fabrication, aluminum fabrication, ACP, powder coating, painting, LED signages, and canopy fascia systems.
Ability to manage production planning, resource allocation, quality control, and project delivery.
Familiarity with OMC standards, fabrication drawings, and production documentation.
Robust leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
