Magnifico Resin is a growing brand in the epoxy resin flooring industry. We work to deliver high-quality epoxy flooring solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. We're looking for a proactive, people-oriented individual to build and manage our network of flooring contractors.

What You'll Do:
Identify, approach, and recruit skilled epoxy/flooring contractors to build a robust, ready-to-deploy contractor pool
Screen new contractors for skill, reliability, and past work quality
Negotiate rates and finalize agreements with contractors
Handle onboarding paperwork, KYC, contracts, and safety documentation




Coordinate contractor deployment based on project requirements and track ongoing work
Maintain strong relationships with contractors to ensure engagement and retention
Monitor contractor performance and maintain a quality-rated database

What We're Looking For:
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with basic paperwork, documentation, and follow-ups
Willingness to travel locally to meet contractors if required
Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
