Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and hands-on candidate who can handle both Social Media Management and Operations activities efficiently.

The candidate should have experience in managing social media platforms, coordinating daily operations, handling reports, and ensuring smooth workflow within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:Social Media:
Handle Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Upload posts, reels, stories, and promotional content
Coordinate with graphic designers/content team
Reply to customer queries and messages
Monitor social media engagement and performance
Plan content calendars and campaigns

Operations:
Manage daily operational tasks and coordination
Handle order processing and follow-ups
Maintain operational reports and records
Coordinate with internal teams
Support eCommerce and marketplace activities




Ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Skills Required:
Positive communication skills
Knowledge of social media platforms
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets & Canva
Robust coordination and multitasking skills
Ability to work under deadlines
Hands-on approach towards work

Preferred Candidate:
Experience in eCommerce/online business preferred
Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
