Job Description
Lead and perform structural analysis and design of steel and RCC structures, including hangars, industrial sheds, and their connections.
Review design calculations, general arrangement (GA) drawings, connection designs, and fabrication drawings, ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable codes.
Coordinate with architects, clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers; review and check their design work.
Ensure adherence to relevant codes and standards such as IS, IRC, BIS, AISC, Eurocodes, and other international practices.
Support project execution by addressing design clarifications, site queries, and technical issues during construction.




Robust expertise in steel structure design, including trusses, portal frames, connections, and detailing, as well as RCC building design.
Proficiency in design software such as STAAD. Pro, MIDAS, ETABS, IDEA StatiCa, Revit, and related applications.
Sound understanding of wind load, seismic design, and other structural behaviour aspects as per latest codes.
Ability to independently handle end-to-end design assignments, from conceptual design through to final detailed design and documentation.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the design of steel and RCC structures for industrial, infrastructure, or building projects.
