Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Coordinator to manage and track customer leads received from various sources. The ideal candidate will ensure timely lead allocation, follow-ups, data accuracy, and coordination between the sales team and management to maximize lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and manage leads from all online and offline sources.
Allocate leads to Sales Consultants as per company guidelines.
Monitor lead follow-up status and ensure timely customer engagement.
Coordinate with the sales team to update lead progress and conversion status.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead management reports.
Identify pending or inactive leads and ensure prompt action.
Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy.
Coordinate with management regarding lead performance and conversion metrics.




Support sales campaigns by ensuring smooth lead distribution and tracking.
Resolve lead-related issues and maintain effective communication across departments.

Required Skills
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in lead management, sales coordination, CRM, or a similar role.

Solid follow-up and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
