Take full ownership of the recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Partner with department/business heads to understand hiring requirements, job specifications, and timelines.
Source candidates through multiple channels — job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and consultants.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders and ensure timely feedback loops.
Negotiate offers confidently and close positions within defined timelines.
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker/MIS/ATS with real-time hiring status.




Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio) and report regularly to management.
Represent Urbanroof professionally in all candidate interactions, acting as a brand ambassador.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
