Handle daily maintenance complaints and repair work.
Carry out preventive maintenance of building, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Coordinate with contractors for maintenance activities.
Maintain the building, equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
Install, repair, and maintain electrical equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and ensure proper upkeep of facilities.
Attend maintenance meetings and perform assigned duties.
Support promotional setups and ensure smooth shift handovers.
Supervise the Engineering team.
Pay: ₹28,500.00 - ₹31,500.00 per month
