Shivalika Cleantech Projects Pvt. Ltd. is a government-recognized renewable energy startup based in Gwalior, specializing in residential and commercial rooftop solar power solutions. We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end handling of PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana scheme applications and subsidy processing
Managing DISCOM (electricity distribution company) related paperwork, coordination, and net-metering approvals
Customer complaint management and timely resolution
Coordinating with Relationship Managers (RMs) on field-related issues
Managing solar project finance and loan documentation process
Coordinating between installation teams, customers, and government/DISCOM offices

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree - B.Tech / BCA / MCA
Positive computer skills are a must (MS Office, portals, documentation)
Must have own vehicle with a valid driving license
Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply
Immediate joiners preferred

Salary: Rs. 18,000 - Rs. 24,000 per month + performance incentives

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
