Job Summary

The HR Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely hiring of quality talent. The role involves working closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
Understand manpower requirements and prepare job descriptions.
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, WhatsApp groups, consultants, and campus drives.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.




Maintain the interview calendar and candidate database.
Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview status and joining.
Negotiate salary within the approved budget.
Prepare offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process.
Conduct joining formalities and complete employee documentation.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Prepare daily and monthly recruitment MIS reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate with department heads to close positions within the target timeline.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
