Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities. The candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, plans, and specifications
Monitor labor productivity and manage site workforce
Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to safety regulations
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors
Track project progress and report updates to management
Manage material usage and ensure timely availability of resources
Resolve in office issues and ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in construction/site supervision
Basic knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety practices
Ability to read and understand construction drawings
Robust communication and team management skills
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience in commercial construction projects
