Key Requirements
Minimum 10–15 years of experience as an Advocate
Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
Extensive experience in litigation and non-litigation matters
Proven expertise in courtroom representation and arguing matters
Strong legal drafting skills
Ability to develop and execute legal strategies
Must have their own laptop
Roles & Responsibilities
Represent clients in courts, tribunals, and other legal forums
Lead and manage complex litigation matters end-to-end
Draft and vet legal documents, agreements, contracts, and notices
Provide strategic legal advice and risk assessment to clients
Handle non-litigation matters including compliance and advisory
Develop strong case strategies and oversee execution
Supervise and guide junior advocates and legal team members
Coordinate with clients, external counsel, and authorities
Ensure timely filings, documentation, and case management
Stay updated with legal developments and apply them effectively
Salary
₹45,000 – ₹65,000 per month
