Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Evaluate candidates based on skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Conduct reference and background checks as required.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding activities.
Stay updated on recruitment trends, employment laws, and best hiring practices.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
