Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies. The role requires solid communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs.
Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.




Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
Handle exit formalities, including resignation processing and full-and-final settlement coordination.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Human Resources (freshers with relevant internships may also apply).
Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
