Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Production, or Materials Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
Operate and manage the Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) Upcasting Plant.
Monitor furnace operations, continuous casting, and process parameters.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and process efficiency.
Troubleshoot casting defects and minimize machine downtime.
Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Required Skills:
Experience in Copper Upcasting or Continuous Casting.
Knowledge of furnace operations and process optimization.
Experience in OFC Copper Rod manufacturing is preferred.
Robust problem-solving and production management skills.
Salary: ₹5 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)
