Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on available courses and career options
Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
Handle student inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms
Maintain accurate student records and follow-up data
Assist students through the admission and enrollment process
Achieve individual counseling and enrollment targets
Coordinate with academic and sales teams
Participate in promotional and outreach activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any graduate or undergraduate
Freshers are welcome to apply
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office; CRM is a plus)
Good convincing and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
