Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Amritsar / Ahmedabad / Patiala
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter who can handle end-to-end recruitment processes and support bulk hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Handle bulk hiring for multiple roles
Post job openings on various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Ensure timely closure of positions
Required Skills:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes
Ability to handle bulk hiring and meet deadlines
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Eligibility:
Minimum Graduate (any stream)
Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply
