Milk Point Khandelwal Sweets is looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage the daily operations of our outlet in Indore.

ONLY CANDIDATES with Food/ Dairy/ Sweets store experience

Key Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day store operations
Supervising staff and preparing duty schedules
Monitoring inventory, product availability, and wastage
Maintaining hygiene and customer-service standards
Handling customer concerns professionally
Verifying daily sales, cash, UPI, and card collections
Coordinating with the Account Executive and management
Submitting daily operational reports

Candidate Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in sweets, bakery, restaurant, or food
Solid staff-management and customer-handling skills
Knowledge of billing, inventory, and cash management
Honest, disciplined, and responsible
Preference for candidates familiar with the Indore market
