Job Description

BeastDrive is looking for energetic and target-driven BPO Sales Agents to generate leads, make outbound calls, and convert inquiries into event registrations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills with a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Generate and qualify leads.
Explain BeastDrive events, offers, and packages to customers.
Convert inquiries into registrations and sales.
Follow up with interested prospects and existing leads.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

Requirements




Minimum PUC / Any Degree.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Strong communication and sales skills.
Proficiency in English and any one language: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
