Job Summary:

As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing ad

campaigns across Amazon, Google, Meta, and quick-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for

driving performance through data-driven decision-making, budget management, and continuous

optimization to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
Independently set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and quick-commerce platforms.
Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, ACoS, etc.) and derive actionable insights for improvement.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience targeting strategies.
Own the preparation and presentation of performance reports and dashboards to internal stakeholders/clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Category, Brand)



to align ad strategies with business goals.
Manage daily budgets, identify anomalies, and recommend proactive adjustments.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or related field); Master’s preferred.
2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing/performance marketing across Amazon, Google, or Meta.
Robust proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
