Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and professional Hospital Receptionist to join our team in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting and possess excellent communication, organizational, and patient-handling skills. The candidate should be able to manage front desk operations efficiently while ensuring a positive experience for patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a courteous and qualified manner.
Manage patient registration, appointments, admissions, and discharge coordination.
Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly.
Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the hospital management system.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
Handle billing-related queries and guide patients regarding hospital procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with hospital policies.
Ensure the reception area remains organized, clean, and welcoming.




Prepare daily reports and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Receptionist in a hospital or healthcare facility.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. Knowledge of local languages will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Management Software (HMS).
Excellent interpersonal, multitasking, and customer service skills.
Qualified appearance and a positive attitude.
