Job Summary:
The Academic Counselor will guide prospective students and parents through the admissions process, ensure admission targets are achieved, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a smooth enrollment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end admissions process for prospective students
Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets
Coordinate with teachers, parents, and administrative staff
Plan and conduct orientation sessions and workshops
Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings
Liaise with faculty and admission teams on enrollment strategy
Qualification & Experience:
Any UG/PG
1+ years of experience in a related field (Freshers can apply)
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation skills
Good organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of educational systems and career pathways
Basic computer proficiency
