Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain machinery and equipment as per standard operating procedures.
Assist in production, assembly, fabrication, and maintenance activities.
Perform routine inspections and report equipment abnormalities.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Maintain production records and daily work reports.
Coordinate with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets.
Follow 5S and workplace safety practices.
Participate in continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
Understanding of manufacturing and maintenance processes.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in manufacturing, engineering, steel, or industrial environments. Freshers with a robust learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
