Pragmr is building Pragmr OnTime, an AI-powered Time Intelligence and Delivery Prediction platform that helps engineering teams improve execution visibility, predict delivery timelines, and make better operational decisions.

We are looking for a creative intern who enjoys transforming ideas into engaging visual stories.

Responsibilities
Create product explainer videos.
Design motion graphics for SaaS product marketing.
Produce YouTube educational videos.
Create LinkedIn short videos and reels.
Animate UI/UX screens from Figma.
Create feature launch videos.
Edit founder videos and customer interviews.
Add transitions, subtitles, icons, and animations.
Create logo animations and intro/outro sequences.
Work closely with founders to convert ideas into visual stories.

Requirements
Basic knowledge of motion graphics.
Basic video editing skills.
Passion for storytelling through animation.
Good understanding of typography, timing, and transitions.
Ability to learn quickly.
