QUALIFICATION:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, E&I;, ECE, Mechanical or related disciplines.
Freshers with robust technical knowledge may also be considered.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service industrial instruments and equipment at customer locations. The candidate should possess good technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel for service support.

Key Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of instruments and equipment at customer sites.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and instrumentation-related issues.
Conduct calibration, testing, and performance verification of equipment.
Provide technical support and training to customers.
Prepare service reports and maintain service records.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely completion of service activities.
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective service support.




Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

Required Skills
Knowledge of Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Industrial Equipment.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
Ability to work independently and travel for field service activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in industrial instruments, process control equipment, calibration, maintenance, or technical service support.
Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.
Willingness to travel within Chennai and nearby locations as required.

Salary will be commensurate with qualification, experience, and technical expertise.
