Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Restaurant Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent guest service. The ideal candidate will greet customers, handle reservations, manage waiting lists, and coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival
Manage table reservations and walk-in guests
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Maintain waiting lists and inform guests of wait times
Coordinate seating arrangements with servers and managers
Handle customer complaints politely and professionally
Assist with billing or payment coordination if required
Keep the reception and waiting area clean and organized
Support restaurant staff during busy hours

Requirements




High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and telephone handling skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
Skilled appearance and positive attitude
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Knowledge of restaurant reservation systems

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
