Responsibilities
Priority daily early morning needs to process orders from Marketplace/OMS.
Make sure all orders are processed within the SLA.
Need to upload the manifest on the marketplace.
Order dispatch and pickup follow-up with the warehouse team and raise a pickup dispute.
Daily Sales Report maintain and send mail to the team.
Resolve order processing-related issues with OMS and Marketplace.
Prepare an order pickup and dispute sheet.
In-house brand daily orders process and pack
Return management: Maintain daily order dispatch and return sheet
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
