Business Development Associate

Location: Noida, Sector 63
Compensation: Competitive CTC (Based on Experience)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven person to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities while building and maintaining long-term client relationships. This is a target-driven role that requires robust sales acumen, resilience, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with distributors, dealers, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional clients.
Conduct product presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales.
Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline, prepare regular sales reports, and update CRM records.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and exceptional customer service.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.

Candidate Requirements




Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to convert leads into successful business.
Prior experience in the Pet Care Products, Ceramics, Sanitaryware, Building Materials, Home Improvement, FMCG, or related industries will be preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Robust commercial acumen with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment and capable of delivering results under pressure.
