QUALIFICATION:
7+ years of experience in full stack development
Solid proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks such as React/Angular/Vue)
Experience in backend development (Node.js/.NET/Java/Python)
Hands-on experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Knowledge of REST APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps basics
Experience in Agile development methodologies
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage a full stack development team in our Ongole development centre
Design, develop, and review scalable web applications (frontend & backend)
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects
Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding standards
Organize technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities
Ensure proper documentation and version control practices
Foster a collaborative and productive learning environment
Mentor, train, and guide interns on real-world software development practices
