We are looking for skilled and hardworking Welders to join our team. The candidate should be able to perform welding operations safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience in fabrication, structural welding, and the use of welding equipment is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG, TIG, ARC, or CO₂ welding as required.
Read and understand engineering drawings and welding symbols.
Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components.
Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and fitting before welding.
Inspect welds to ensure quality and strength.
Operate welding machines, grinders, and other fabrication tools safely.
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Report equipment issues or material shortages to the supervisor.
Requirements
ITI/Diploma or relevant welding certification preferred.
1–5 years of welding experience (freshers with welding skills may also apply).
Knowledge of different welding techniques and metal fabrication.
Ability to read technical drawings is an advantage.
Physically fit and willing to work in a factory or site setting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
