Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Bhopal
Job Summary

A Desktop Support Engineer provides technical assistance to users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role ensures smooth operation of desktop systems and supports end-users in resolving IT problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to user inquiries and support requests via phone, email, or in-person
Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance
Set up recent user accounts and configure access permissions
Maintain inventory of IT assets and update documentation
Provide training and guidance to users on system usage and best practices




Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocol

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles
Robust knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
Familiarity with networking concepts and remote desktop tools
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Experience – 2 years Minimum

Job Location : Bhopal

Salary Package – As Per Company Standard.

Shifts – Rotational

Immediate Joiner Preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
