Key Responsibilities:
Source and develop recent vendors for CNC machining, sheet metal, fabrication, casting, and mechanical components.
Evaluate vendor capabilities based on technical drawings, production capacity, quality systems, and pricing.
Coordinate with suppliers for RFQs, quotations, lead times, and technical clarifications.
Analyze engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications for vendor matching.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Monitor supplier performance on quality, delivery timelines, and compliance.
Conduct vendor audits and maintain approved supplier databases.
Collaborate with internal engineering, quality, and production teams for sourcing requirements.
Stay updated on market trends, raw material costs, and manufacturing technologies.

Required Skills:
Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, mechanical components,



and manufacturing methods.
Knowledge of technical drawings, GD&T;, and mechanical engineering specifications.
Vendor management and supplier development expertise.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and sourcing tools.
Cost analysis and procurement strategy understanding.

Educational Qualification:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related any field.
Education can vary, but technical knowledge in CNC and mechanical engineering is essential.

Pay: ₹9,938.96 - ₹15,000.00 per month
