Key Responsibilities
Conduct induction and onboarding training for current employees.
Deliver training on food & beverage service standards, SOPs, and hospitality etiquette.
Train staff on menu knowledge, ingredients, allergens, and beverage service.
Conduct practical sessions on table setup, order taking, service sequence, upselling, and guest handling.
Train employees on food safety, hygiene, sanitation, HACCP, and workplace safety standards.
Evaluate trainees through assessments, practical demonstrations, and observations.
Identify skill gaps and provide coaching to improve employee performance.
Prepare training calendars, lesson plans, manuals, presentations, and assessment materials.
Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, and performance reports.
Support recent menu launches, promotional campaigns, and operational changes through targeted training.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Restaurant Managers to identify training needs and measure training effectiveness.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
