Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor (Civil / Interior) to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure projects are executed efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, and timelines.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising civil and interior works, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring smooth project execution from start to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil and interior construction activities at project sites.
Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed on-site.
Manage manpower, materials, and site resources efficiently.
Conduct regular site inspections and report project progress.




Identify and resolve in office issues to minimize delays.
Maintain accurate site documentation and daily work reports.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction and/or interior fit-out projects.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Good understanding of construction drawings and execution methods.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple site activities while meeting project deadlines.
Valid driving license is preferred.
