Job Title: HR intern
Location: Bhopal, M.P
Duration: 3 Months internship

Note: This role will convert to Associate HR role. (Looking for Freshers)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is a quick learner, enjoys interacting with people, and is interested in building a career in Human Resources, particularly Talent Acquisition. You will work closely with the hiring team to identify, attract, and engage top talent across technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities
Solid Communication & organisation skills.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Post job openings on various hiring platforms and monitor applications.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Reach out to potential candidates and schedule interviews.
Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening calls when required.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Support other HR and recruitment activities as assigned.

Requirements




Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Quick learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, Naukri, or similar job portals is preferred.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced startup environment.
