Job Title: HR Executive – Payroll & Compliance

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
Proven experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
Valuable knowledge of statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and Labour Laws.
Robust experience in employee relations and staff handling.
Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, and reporting).
Ability to maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll accuracy.
Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced setting and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
2–5 years of experience in HR payroll and statutory compliance.
Familiarity with HRMS/Payroll software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation:
Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, and current industry standards.

Pay: ₹23,773.37 - ₹50,000.00 per month
