Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, online and in-person product demonstrations, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective clients through calls and follow-ups.
Generate and nurture leads.
Conduct online product demonstrations and presentations.
Visit clients for meetings and in-person demos when required.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Coordinate marketing and promotional activities.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Support the team in achieving business growth objectives.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
B.Com background preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital tools.

Requirements




Own vehicle is mandatory.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and demonstrations.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Training & Compensation
Comprehensive training will be provided.
Training stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
Performance-based growth opportunities after successful completion of training.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
