Supervise and coordinate all night-shift departments.

Handle patient and family complaints or concerns.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, security, maintenance, and ambulance services.
Ensure hospital policies, infection control, and safety protocols are followed.
Monitor bed availability and patient admissions/discharges.
Prepare incident reports and hand over key information to the day management team.
Act as the hospital administrator on duty until daytime leadership arrives.
