Sopariwala – Fazlani Group is looking for a Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition with 5+ years of experience in non-IT manufacturing recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring and support key HR lifecycle activities across our group companies.
Key responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and corporate roles
Manpower planning and stakeholder coordination
Offer rollout, onboarding, and induction
Background verification (BGV) coordination
Employee engagement initiatives
Employee grievance handling
HR documentation and employee lifecycle support
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR operations
Solid experience in non-IT / manufacturing hiring
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
