We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Italian Pizza Café & Wine Bar. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, excellent customer service experience, and a good understanding of café and wine service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily café and restaurant operations
Ensure high standards of service, quality, and hygiene
Manage and train front-of-house staff
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Support inventory control, ordering, and stock management
Assist in achieving sales targets and improving guest experience
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service

Requirements:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in café/restaurant management




Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine service preferred
Strong communication and team management skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting
Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills:
Experience in pizza cafés or casual dining restaurants
Basic knowledge of wines and pairings
Leadership and problem-solving abilities

Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
