Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Basic knowledge of GD&T.;
Read and perform basic editing of CNC programs.
Set up CNC Lathe and VMC machines.
Select suitable cutting tools based on material and operation.
Perform tool setting, part setting, and workholding.
Conduct first-off component prove-out and approval.
Operate CNC machines to achieve production targets.
Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments.
Carry out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Follow quality, safety, and 5S standards.
