Position: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities in the injection moulding department.
Monitor machine performance and ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
Coordinate mould changeovers and machine start-up activities.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Monitor cycle times, machine efficiency, and overall productivity.
Coordinate with the Tool Room, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams to ensure smooth production.
Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and rejection.




Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
Monitor raw material availability and ensure proper material handling.
Maintain daily production reports, shift reports, and machine utilization records.
Train, guide, and supervise machine operators and production staff.
Implement and sustain 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company policies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
