Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
Converting content from any available format into HTML / Excel / Word / any other format(s) as may be required based on the nature of the content
Scanning content from print format for conversion into HTML / Excel / Word / any other format(s) as may be required.
Inputting prescribed metadata for each content file
Creating hyperlinks / bookmarks, wherever necessary
Creating cross-links in referenced documents
Periodic updating of specified content like List, KYR(s), FAQ(s)
Processing the Content of the software(s) other than KMT as and when required in the prescribed formats of the respective software
Other Basic responsibilities;
Maintaining daily work log in Task Monitoring Sheet as per the defined guideline.
Maintaining time sheet of task other than routine work in the project trackers.




Undertaking routine back up functions as per the defined guideline

Qualification / Skill-sets
Graduates
Fresher’s / Minimum 1 years of experience in Content / Data Processing role
Basic Knowledge of MS-Office, especially Ms-Word & Ms-Excel
Must possess positive written and communication skills

Added Advantage Qualification / Skill-sets
Prior experience of atleast 2 years in similar role of data processing in HTML format for IT
Software Services / Solutions
Typing Skills; min. 30 word p.m
