Role Details:
Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)
Experience: Freshers eligible
Hiring Process: All rounds will be conducted virtually
Training: 1 Month Work From Home (Pan India) – Laptop will be provided
Post Training: Candidates must choose either Bangalore or Gurgaon for Work From Office
Work Schedule: Fixed Day Shift
Weekly Off: Monday & Tuesday (Fixed)
Salary: Up to 4 LPA
Eligibility Criteria:
Any undergraduate degree (B.Tech, B.Com, BBA, etc.) or MBA (Marketing & Sales)
Solid communication skills (English proficiency is mandatory)
Basic sales aptitude and willingness to learn
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
