Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused New Car Sales Consultant to join our MG Malad Showroom. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers and leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable MG car models, conducting test drives, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle showroom walk-in customers and assigned sales leads.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
Explain MG car models, features, specifications, variants, and pricing.
Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
Generate recent sales opportunities through follow-ups, references, and local market activities.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Convert enquiries into bookings and retail sales.
Coordinate with the Finance, Insurance, RTO, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM/DMS.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and customer events when required.
Maintain proper knowledge of competitors, market trends, offers, and schemes.
Ensure timely documentation and completion of sales-related formalities.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales / car dealership sales preferred.
Candidates with experience in New Car Sales, Automotive Sales, or Retail Sales will be preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable convincing and negotiation abilities.
Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Good knowledge of English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
Valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
