Sales Manager – Job Description Welcome and assist customers professionally. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Achieve monthly sales targets and increase store revenue. Supervise daily store operations and maintain store standards. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns. Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment. Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate records. Handle billing, cash, and store closing procedures when required. Maintain product displays and ensure a clean, organized store.
Pay: ₹14,210.64 - ₹57,092.70 per month
