Position: Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a energetic, confident, and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote our Skill Development Courses and Degree Programs, generate admissions, and build strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational partners.

Key Responsibilities
Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations to promote Skill Development Courses and Degree Programs.
Generate leads and convert them into admissions.
Conduct career guidance sessions and educational awareness visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, Management, Teachers, and Counselors.
Promote institutional tie-ups and student enrollment campaigns.
Distribute brochures, promotional materials, and explain course benefits.
Follow up with prospective students, parents, and institutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




Submit daily visit reports and lead updates to the management.

Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Field sales or marketing experience is preferred.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
Willingness to travel locally.
