Job Summary

We are look Store Assistant is responsible for assisting in day-to-day store operations, including material receipt, storage, issue of materials, stock maintenance, documentation, and inventory control. The role ensures smooth material flow to support production activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesMaterial Receipt & Storage
Assist in receiving raw materials, consumables, tools, and finished goods.
Verify materials against delivery challans and purchase orders.
Arrange and store materials in designated locations.
Ensure proper material identification and labeling.

Material Issue
Issue materials to production departments against approved Material Requisition Slips (MRS).
Maintain records of all material issues and returns.
Assist in tracking material consumption.

Inventory Management
Maintain stock registers and bin cards.
Support periodic stock verification and stock audits.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
Follow FIFO (First In First Out) practices.

GRN Records
Stock Register
Material Return Records
Update inventory records accurately and timely.

Housekeeping & Safety
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
Ensure secure handling and storage of materials.
Follow company safety procedures and guidelines.

Coordination
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
Report material shortages and discrepancies to the Store Incharge.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of store and inventory management.
Knowledge of stock handling and material identification.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP/Tally preferred).
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to maintain records accurately.

Educational Qualification
Any Degree / Diploma

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
