Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / IT Head to lead software development, IT infrastructure, and technology operations while driving digital transformation across the organization.

Requirements
B.Tech/M.Tech/B.E./MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field
8–10+ years of IT experience with 3–5 years in a leadership role
Robust expertise in Python and .NET (ASP.NET/.NET Core/C#)
Experience with SQL Server/MySQL/PostgreSQL databases
Knowledge of web technologies, cloud platforms, IT infrastructure, networking, servers, and hardware
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
