Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Lead and manage a team of quality control personnel, including inspectors, technicians, and data analysts.
Conduct regular audits of entire production processes, including, all incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished castings.
Identify and analyse non-conforming castings, investigate root causes of defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and specifications for all incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished castings.
Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and prospects for improvement.
Oversee the calibration and maintenance of measuring and testing equipment.
Prepare and maintain quality control documentation, including reports,



records, and procedures.
Conduct training programs for production personnel on quality control principles and procedures.
Liaise with customers to ensure their quality expectations are met.
Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in quality control for casting processes.
