Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining company services, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and prospects.
Introduce and explain the company's products and services.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Solid persuasion and negotiation skills.
Confidence in handling phone conversations.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹8,863.54 - ₹20,043.46 per month
